I had just finished reading the Jonas Brother article from Good Housekeeping when I decided to go back to my room. Twenty minutes earlier I had been locking my door and unlocking it with the key, because I am a bored almost seventeen year old. So when I left my room I didn't relaize I shut the locked door. I turned the knob. No luck. I freaked. So I asked Jacob to open it...without the key. To which he gruntled his displeasure. He tried taking off the doorknob. No luck. So he set up a ladder and climbed onto the porch overhang and popped off my screenw. He then climbed inside, unlocking my door. Then he proceeded to climb back through and readjust the screen.

Take a look at the video (:

Everything?

So this year has been pretty good. I got through it in one piece. I survived. And what kept me going was EFY this summer. And Miss Taylor Swift and her inspirational song writing skills.

This year could have gone a bunch of different ways but I kept on the strait and narrow with all my might. I remembered who I was. Mostly because my spanish teach is half of a Mormon. I just wish drama could die. But if there was no drama, girls would be boring. And guys don't like boring girls. Really. This year was pretty good. I wanted more excitement but I think I ended up with a perfect amount of fun. Prom, Spring Break, New Friends!

Summer here I come. Camp, EFY, Utah, Idaho, cousins, Grad parties, endless shopping, and endless tanning.

school has ended
it's time to celebrate
fitting in with the summer fun
let the warm sand warm our very hearts
let the heat of summer carry us

let it help us progress
through the year we gained knowledge
let us use it
we can dream big goals
we can dream anything
let's learn to play the roles
roles that define us
our souls
finding our inner beauty can teach us
teach us to live to our fullest
let's be fearless

Parental Control

Hey all. I had to do a spanish video as part of my semester grade. We based it off the MTV show, Parental Control. It's hilarious! Go check it out :]

Girls Just Wanna Trick or Treat

Maybe by the title you can guess I was Cyndi Lauper for Halloween. Well I tried to be her. She usually wore puffy dresses...and I don't own puffy dresses so I went with leggings, a skirt, a big shirt, and crazy hair and make up. I wore my costume to school and a lot of people said I was the best 80's girl they had seen all day. I didn't do anything special, like I didn't trick or treat...I stayed home. But the Drew's showed up! And they hung out with us for like 40 minutes and the Millers from my old ward showed up to trick or treat from us. They took me home with them and we watched Iron Man. Great movie! Iron Man is hot too! Gosh. Anyway Saturday we went to the Prop 8 rally. We waved signs and yelled a lot. Then we went to lunch with the Peel's and stopped by the Drews to see their bathroom. Idk. And we went home and I put on Pearl Harbor and fell asleep for like 5 hours! The thunder woke me up. I did 8 worksheets of hw I missed last week. I was absent cause I was sick, and another day because I went on a field trip.

Anyway, we got my quarter grades in the mail and I would have had straight A's if I didn't have a B in Chemistry. Here's a picture of my costume!

Wow...

I used to be good at posting regularly...but school really makes your life busy doesn't it? Oh well. School has been great! My birthday came and went pretty fast and it was soo much fun. We had a lot of people, lots of food, and lots of presents! I still have to finsh writing thank you cards. Ehh, bore. I was going to go to homecoming because I am now 16...but I decided not to last week so I went and got my money back. Drag. I couldn't find a dress that fits me, that's modest, and that I absolutely love. So what was the point?

There isn't really much to say. I started reading a new series? Yes, let's talk about that. It's called the Georgia Nicholson Series and it's about this teenager who lives in the U.K. and her life. The first one is called Angus, Thongs, and Full Frontal Snogging. The book is LOL hilarious. Seriously, I don't like reading them in school because I LOL. Haha, and also Kate Brian. She has a good line of books out. Mostly teenager stuff. Read my reviews on Goodreads. The link is to the right!

I am back on my Wether's Caramels kick. Seriously, I had two cavities last year because that's seriously all I ate. My friend Ali Miller got her mission call to New Jersey. She's real excited. She leaves in November, a month before her cousins wedding. Grr, the Georgia Nicholson books are so addicting...I am starting to talk like a British person. She adds -osity to almost every adjective. She is hilarious and so dramatic. Her little sister only addresses her by "bad boy" or "ginger". Hah, I laugh a lot. So I have recently become dramatic. Recent as in...two days ago. I also have an addiction to Heroes. I borrowed Season 1 from my best guy friend Andrew and I watched all of it Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. And then I got Season 2 from him yesterday. But I'm grounded from watching it for the rest of the week. So...who knows what my withdrawl from Heroes will do. My witchdrawl is killing me. Ahh well. Oh, I have a psycho iHome speaker system! Seriously, it changes the volume to 39--everytime--on it's own. The alarm goes off at all hours of the night. It turns itself on and off. It's staticky like an AM radio! UGH. Time for a change!
